UPSEE stands for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam and it is a state-level entrance examination organized by DR. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University, UP (AKTU). Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) was the previous name of the UPSEE. The candidate who is taking this examination is eligible for getting admission in UPTU College and AKTU Affiliated institution. 

As of now, UPSEE 2020 Exam will be organized in the fourth week of April 2020 which has been estimated tentatively. Candidate can get admission in several Undergraduates (UG) and Postgraduates (PG), Pharmacy and Management courses. UPSEE 2020 exam is the gateway to those students who are willing to pursue courses like B.Tech, B. Arch, B.Pharm, BHMCT, MBA, BFA, MCA, BHMCT, MAM, BFAD, etc.

Eligibility Criteria For UPSEE

In order to appear for the JEE Mains, the applicant should meet the eligibility criteria

Age Limit  -  There is no upper age limit to apply for UPSEE

Nationality - Applicant should have Indian Citizenship. Kashmiri Migrants, People of Indian Origin (PIO), Foreign Nationals, and  Non-residents Indian (NRI) are aslo eligible

Minimum Marks For Qualifying Exam

General category and SC/ST category applicants should get 50 % and 45 % gross marks in the 12th standard exam respectively.

Exam Pattern OF UPSEE

Exam Pattern plays very vital role in clearing the exam.  Applicants should go through the table below for the exam pattern and marks distribution

Marking Scheme - There will be four marks for each correct answer.

Syllabus Of UPSEE

There is different UPSEE syllabus for several courses. For undergraduate course the syllabus will be of 10+2 and for the post graduate courses the syllabus is of graduation level

  • Syllabus For B.tech Courses -Question will be asked from  Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry subjects
  • Syllabus For B.Pharma Programme - question  will be asked from Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
  • Syllabus For Post Graduate Courses - Question will be asked from the graduation subjects respective.

RESULT OF UPSEE

Candidate can check their exam result online which will be declared in the last week of May 2020. The merit list will be prepared as per the candidate performance in the examination. According to merit list , they will be called for counseling.
