• BTech: 10+2 certificate system in Science with at least 75% marks (60% marks for SC/ST) from a recognized board.
• MTech: B.Tech Degree in Any Stream from a Recognized University with 65% Marks and GATE Passed.
• Sc+M.Sc: Students must have a 10+2 certificate in Science stream or equivalent from any recognized board in India with Biology as one of the elective subjects with 50% marks or aggregate for the general category Should have an equivalent grade in aggregate and 45% or equivalent. The equivalent grade for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD candidates.
• PhD: Master’s degree in Architecture/Planning/Technology in the relevant subject.
