What are the CUET PG 2024 Eligibility Criteria?
To appear in the CUET PG 2024 exam, candidates are needed to meet some eligibility criteria. These eligibility criteria are set by the Central Universities so that candidates can apply and appear for the CUET PG exam.
- To appear in the CUET exam, candidates need to have a bachelor’s degree from any recognized institute in any discipline. For PG candidates, there is no minimum age limit.
- Final-year students of 2024 are also eligible to apply for the exam.
- The candidates that are applying for PhD programs also need to have a master’s degree from a recognized university or institute. This is to apply for admission to research programs for PhD candidates.
Process to register for the CUET PG 2024
From 20th March 2024, the registration of the CUET PG has been started. To get yourself register for the exam you need to check the eligibility norms before applying for the application form.
Candidates must fill out the application form with all the crucial details such as personal, contact details, education qualifications, etc. The CUET PG 2024 application form is only available online mode. There’s no other mode of registration.
Candidates need to follow these steps to register for the CUET PG 2024 exam:
Step 1: Visit cuet.nta.nic.in.
Step 2: Click on the “CUET PG 2024 Registration” link from the screen.
Step 3: Fill details like name, education, email id, phone number, etc.
Step 4: Then, upload the photograph and signature.
Step 5: Pay the application fee online from credit card, debit card, or net banking.
Step 6: Fill CUET application form.
CUET PG 2024 Exam Pattern
The CUET PG exam will be conducted online mode for everyone. CUET PG 2024 Exam consists of 100 questions and the candidates will get the question into two parts. Paper A will have 25 questions and Part B will consist of 75 questions which will be domain-specific questions.
The CUET PG paper will be conducted in English and Hindi language. For both papers, the exam duration will be two hours each.
Also, let’s understand the marking scheme in the CUET PG paper. For every correct answer, candidates will get +4 marks. Additionally, a -1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
Get details of CUET PG Admit Card 2024
From the first week of May 2024, candidates can start downloading the CUET PG Admit card. Candidates must have to visit the official website of CUET to download the admit card. Registration number and password are all that a candidate requires to log in and get the admit card.
Candidates must know that admit cards will be available online mode and will not be sent to the candidates using post/ courier. Hall ticket/admit card consists of all the details about the exam date, duration, and venue of the examination. We will provide the direct link for downloading the admit card on this website.
