KVS Class I Admission 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Age Criteria for KVS Class I Admission 2026
As per the New Education Policy (NEP), a child must be Minimum 6 Years of age as of 31/03/2026. Children born on 1st April are also eligible to be part of this Admission Process 2026-27.
- Class 1 Age Limit: 6 to 8 years as of March 31, 2026.
For Balvatika (Pre-Primary) Admission 2026:
KVS has introduced Balvatika Classes (Pre-School) in selected schools.
- Balvatika 1: 3+ Years
- Balvatika 2: 4+ Years
- Balvatika 3: 5+ Years
Note: For KVS Class II to Other Classes Admission 2026, candidates need to read the notification regarding vacancies in specific schools, as these are not conducted centrally online.
