Note: Admissions for 4-year B.Tech courses in Bihar Govt. Engineering colleges are now primarily based on JEE Main scores through UGEAC counseling. BCECE conducts a separate entrance only for lateral entry or remaining seats in specific streams.

  • Qualification: One should have passed a 10+2 certificate or its equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics are mandatory.
  • Marks: At least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST candidates) to be eligible.
  • Appearing: Those appearing in the final examination in 2026 can apply for the BCECE 2026 exam.

For Pharmacy & Health Science Courses:

  • Qualification: Must have passed or appeared in 12th standards from any recognized board.
  • Age Limit: Applicants must be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2026.
  • Marks: At least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) are required.
  • Subjects: PCM/ PCB stream in qualifying examination candidates are eligible.
