TS TET exam 2024 is a state-level teaching test for selecting teachers to teach primary (1-5) to upper primary (6-8) classes in Telangana state, India.

TS TET 2024 Exam Pattern

TS TET exam contains 150 marks for both papers. Thus, it’s necessary to know about the exam pattern for Paper I and Paper II so to make it easy to clear the exam in your first attempt. Eligibility Criteria

Fulfilling eligibility criteria is one of the essential aspects that candidates need to follow to apply for a particular examination. So, candidates must check their eligibility criteria before applying for this examination.

Qualification

Paper-I (Classes I to V)

· Intermediate / Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks. The minimum marks should be 45% for SC/ST/Differently abled candidates. Pass a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education / a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) / 2–year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

· Graduation with at least 50% marks. In case of SC/ST/BC/Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%. AND pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)/ Special Education.

Paper – II (Classes VI to VIII):

B.A./B.Sc./B.Com., with at least 50% marks. SC/ST/BC/Differently abled Need a Bachelor of Education with a minimum of 45% marks. AND pass the (B.Ed) course / Bachelor of Education (B.Ed -Special Education).

Should have a 4-year B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed., with at least 50% marks, in the case of SC/ST/BC/Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%.

Graduation with Language concerned as one of the optional subjects OR Bachelor of oriental language (or its equivalent) OR Graduation in literature OR Post Graduation in Language concerned AND Language Pandit Training Certificate/ B.Ed with Language concerned as one of the Methodologies, in respect of Language Teachers.

Have passed BE/BTech with 50% marks. However, 45% marks are required for SC/ST/BC/Differently abled students.

How do you fill out the Telangana TET Online Application Form?

Go to https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in and log in.
click on Applicaiton Submission Form.
Here, register for the exam.
Fill out Journal Number, Date of birth, and date of payment.
Then, tap ‘proceed to fill application’ option.
Next, upload the scanned pictures and signatures.
After filling details, tap preview option at the bottom of the form to see everything is filled right.
Then, tap ‘submit’ button to confirm the details are correct of your knowledge.
You will receive a confirmation code on your registered phone number.
